I have a severe seafood allergy - so since you started having shrimp I had not felt like I should come in. But one of your workers, Niki, told me of all the precautions that had been stressed. So I went for lunch today while Niki was working the line.
I told the lady first in the line that I had a severe seafood allergy and what I wanted. She said no problem they could take care of it. She proceeded to wash down the work counter from one end to the other and Niki (who was the 2nd person in line) walked my meal all the way through the line - both of them changed gloves and washed before they started with mine - so everything was fresh cleaned with no possibility for contamination. My lunch was great as usual but knowing that it was safe for me was great. And none of the workers made me feel like I was putting them out at all. They were still fast and efficient too.
I will not hesitate to go again - very soon! Thank you ladies!
